Trident University International (Trident) has announced the hiring of Megan Stewart as the new University Outreach Education Specialist at the Fort Irwin National Training Center in California.
This arrangement is part of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed in September 2016, and applies to Fort Irwin military service members, Department of Defense civilian employees, military retirees, and their immediate families who are Trident students.
Stewart will coordinate supplemental instruction and educational resources offered on post. Resources available to students include regularly scheduled writing labs, available to anyone on post, and supplemental instruction for students in the Master of Science in Leadership program. This is in addition to Trident’s standard classroom instruction, which is available online.
