Overseas, Public Universities Are More Affordable

With the growing concern over the high tuition rates in the United States, some students may be considering getting an online education. Another alternative would be to earn a degree overseas.

According to the College Board, the average tuition and fees for in-state students at public universities was at $9,410. Moreover, the average published tuition and fee price for full-time out-of-state students at public four-year educational institutions is about 2.5 times as high as the price for in-state students.
