Federal authorities seized a Lamborghini, Ferrari, Bentley and other assets from the operator of a career center that left hundreds of veterans in a lurch when it suddenly closed, according to court documents.
The move comes as authorities investigate whether officials at the Garland-based Retail Ready Career Center schemed to commit fraud through the military’s GI Bill, which helps pay for college and career training for veterans.
