Elizabeth Clement Appointed Assistant Dean for Instruction and Learning at Missouri Military Academy

Clement, an English instructor who joined MMA faculty Fall 2022, has previously served as a teacher in Ralls County, Missouri; principal of Ralls County summer school; a teacher at Hillsborough County schools in Florida.

“Ranae has a proven track record of effective, relational teaching, as well as an enthusiasm for educational best practice, especially in the area of data-driven instruction,” said MMA President Brig. Gen. Richard V. Geraci. “She will be a great addition to the academic leadership team, and her knowledge and experience will directly and positively impact our cadets’ learning experience.”

Clement holds a Master of Education in secondary administration from William Woods University and bachelor’s degrees in business marketing and secondary education from Hannibal-LaGrange University.
